Barley bread recipe

Dehydrated barley bread rich in fibers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Hulled barley, soaked for 2 days
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of ground garlic
  • Pinch of mustard
  • 1 tbsp dry psyllium
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp chopped white onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black sesame to garnish
  • Salt
How to Make It
  1. Put the soaked barley into a food processor and pulse a few times.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process.
  3. Dehydrate for 8-12 hours, flipping sides in between.
