Ingredients

  • 1¼ pounds pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 4 pieces
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • Coleslaw, dill pickles, and potato chips, for serving
How to Make It
  1. Place the pork, barbecue sauce, vinegar, and ¼ cup water in a medium saucepan. Simmer, covered, until fork-tender, 18 to 20 minutes.
  2. Shred the meat. Serve it on the buns, with coleslaw, pickles, and potato chips on the side.
