A baked salmon is just perfect when on Paleo diet. The flavors of lemon and thyme gives the salmon a distinctive approach that you definitely need to try. The meal is best served immediately.
Ingredients
- 1 sliced lemon
- 1 tbsp capers
- 32 oz salmon
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Freshly ground pepper and salt
- 1 tbsp of fresh thyme
How to Make It
- Line a parchment paper on a baking sheet. Lay your salmon on top and add pepper and salt.
- Add capers on top followed with thyme and lemon.
- Set the baking sheet your cold oven. Set to 400 degrees F and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Serve
