Baked pasta with asparagus recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 grams Penne
  • 2 PCs large tomatoes
  • 2 heads mozzarella cheese
  • arugula to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt to taste
  • dry white wine to taste
  • 200-300 g asparagus
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 EA large onion
  • black pepper to taste
How to Make It
  1. In a pan pour olive oil, add chopped onions, fry until Golden brown, add the garlic. Pour the wine, put out a few minutes, put pre-peeled, tomatoes.
  2. Sauce simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Penne, boil until soft. Asparagus thinly slice.
  3. Half of Penne put in the form of a thin layer, add the sauce, put one's head mozzarella cheese, asparagus on top, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Then a layer of Penne, sauce and cheese. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with arugula.
