Ingredients
- 300 grams Penne
- 2 PCs large tomatoes
- 2 heads mozzarella cheese
- arugula to taste
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt to taste
- dry white wine to taste
- 200-300 g asparagus
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 EA large onion
- black pepper to taste
How to Make It
- In a pan pour olive oil, add chopped onions, fry until Golden brown, add the garlic. Pour the wine, put out a few minutes, put pre-peeled, tomatoes.
- Sauce simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Penne, boil until soft. Asparagus thinly slice.
- Half of Penne put in the form of a thin layer, add the sauce, put one's head mozzarella cheese, asparagus on top, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Then a layer of Penne, sauce and cheese. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with arugula.
