Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ΒΌ cup sour cream
- Bacon
- Cheese, shredded
- 1/8 cip light cream
- 2 tbsp salsa
How to Make It
- Cook the bacon.
- Combine the cream with eggs. Divide into two. Take one half and set in a skillet and allow to spread.
- Cook through and flip to cook the other side.
- Do the same for the other half.
- Divide the bacon between the egg "tortillas". Roll then add a topping of salsa, sour cream and cheese.
