This is a great tapas choice. Serve with crackers. If you are in the mood for a salad, simply chopped up the avocado and stir into the crab meat. Yummy.
Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) canned crab meat
- 1½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped sweet onion
- ¼ cup diced tomato
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 avocados
How to Make It
- Drain and flake the crab meat.
- Combine all ingredients except the avocado.
- Slice the avocados in half to remove the pits. 4. Spoon the crab salad into the avocado halves.
