Ingredients
- 5 cups dry pinto beans
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 medium yellow onion, minced
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 9 cups water
- 3 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
How to Make It
- Combine beans, cumin, onion, garlic, and water in the slow cooker. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
- Add salt and lemon juice. Stir. Cook on Low for another 2 hours.
