Ingredients
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- Sea salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch cayenne
Salad
- ½ cup yellow onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 Granny Smith apple, diced
- 1 package firm tofu, diced
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup chives, for garnish
How to Make It
- Whisk oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne together in a small bowl.
- Place onion, celery, cumin, apple, tofu, and walnuts in a salad bowl and toss with the dressing.
- Garnish with chives.
