This is what Kaye and I stuff our faces with when we come in a bit worse for wear (a fairly regular event) or when we are desperate for sugar or chocolate. It heads off the desire to raid the biscuit tin and is pretty healthy, too. Use whatever nut butter is your favourite.
Ingredients
- 1 green apple, unpeeled
- 1 red apple, unpeeled
- 2 tbsp almond, peanut or cashew butter
How to Make It
- Simply core and slice the apples, and spread alternate layers of each apple with whatever nut butter tickles your fancy!
