Sweet, spicy, salty—this dish has it all. I love making this chicken and serving it many different ways throughout the week. It’s the most versatile chicken around and perfect to top a pizza, stuff in a bun, or mix into a salad.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup sriracha
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- Cooked brown rice, for serving
How to Make It
- Spray the insert of a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Lay the chicken breasts in the slow cooker in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, stir together the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic. Pour over the chicken. Add the bell pepper. Cover and cook on Low for 5 hours or on High for 2½ hours.
- Serve the chicken and sauce over brown rice.
